Hello Birgit,
I happened to see your Showcase entry and got interested to visit your site. I see that you are a specialist in encaustic technique. My compliments to you. I am a self taught artist and use the conventional medium. But your technique and medium is inspiring me to learn this style, which I have never seen, let alone try!! You have some lovely images, luminous, mysterious which provide a food for thought.

Love the treatment of technique here. It has the appearance of ancient weather-worn walls. This work has a good contrast of light and dark between the light blues to reds. Keep up the good work!
