Stephanie Han

I was born in 1971 in Seoul, S. Korea, and emigrated to the U.S. in 1978. Naturally adept at art, I decided art school was a good fit for me and obtained my BFA degree in Illustration from the Laguna College of Art & Design in 1995. After working for a few years in the marketing department of a large corporation, I entered the MFA Illustration program at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where I earned my MFA degree in 1999. I came back out to California soon after graduation and started pursuing a career in painting and graphic design. I exhibit all over Southern California and also work full time as an Art Director at the graphic design firm JDA Inc in Long Beach.
