Not so exciting....

I attended the reception tonight and found her work to be uninspiring. It is an assemblage of influences. From the whole, "Low Brow" movement to the big eyed girl paintings of the 1960's her work just feels contrived. I met the woman who takes the photo's of these mostly erotic staged scenes of what look to be drunk young girls in lace underwear.
