Anna C. Butler is a talented and focused individual who has a creative mind, critical eye and a great passion for the arts, entertainment and the human connection. Her passion has driven her to be a multi-media messenger of contemporary cultural interests and trends. In Butler’s practice, she takes creative responsibility in producing intriguing and motivating bridges of content to the end user. Butler has taken this philosophy to heart as she’s worked as a Producer in Chicago for the past six yeas. Credits include several internationally and nationally syndicated TV shows such as, Ebert & Roeper and HGTV’s hit series Designed to Sell. Even though her background is routed in Television, she also produces video content for the web and a recently completed documentary called, ClarkWORLD, a feature film about the late Director Bob Clark, which features commentary from stars such as Kim Cattrall, Denise Richards and more. Additionally, Butler is a freelance Arts writer and curator for a Chicago gallery located in the creatively historic, Wicker Park neighborhood.
Butler was born and raised in Nashville, TN and lived in California for close to five years before moving to Chicago. The windy city is where she currently resides and obtained an interdisciplinary B.A. in Broadcast Production and Multi-Media Communication at Columbia College Chicago. Butler continues to work as a Curator, Writer, Producer and Art Director in digital video, photography, other forms of media for the web.
