I have just started painting but it feels like reinventing myself really. So I decided to blog my progress, post photos of my art-work, document "the contacts" with art community.

I do need your comments and pieces of advice. So that we all take part in the EMERGING of the ARTIST (*smile*)

*****Some facts about me (boring part, might be omitted):

I'm 25. Graduated with excellence in business administration in 2005. While being a student I also worked for community projects (mostly HIV/AIDS prevention programs). In 2004 I started working in advertising agency. And have made quite a decent career ever since (e.g.managed print ads and PR for Cheil/Samsung, launched Infiniti brand as an advertising specialist in Nissan Motor Ukraine and many more)

It seems like I have always been interested in visual arts: collected piles of images, web links etc. But last year I finally turned into action: I completed the course of Photoshop and started exploring this program intensively. Managing and correcting colors was the most difficult part of the game for me. So I decided "to go back to basics" and learn the colors as a part of painting process. I've joined a hobby class and started painting... belive it or not but I haven't opened my Photoshop since then =)
