I was four years old when I used to cover whatever I was doing with my other hand as I worked on my pre-school watercolor art projects. But they would always find their way on the school bulletin board as one of the best works.
I have won some awards in a few art contests but my parents didn't think art could be a lifetime career. They sent me to college to study practical courses in business, computer science, and law.
In high school and college I also used to cover whatever I was doing with my entire back the articles I was typing for the school paper. From Art Director, I was promoted to Associate Editor.
I had an office career that got me a fairly good living. But it wasn't really living. So I picked up my art brushes again and started painting, this time with an art jam partner, my daughter. Not the painting, but mother-and-child painters.
