The small fishing Port or San Felipe Baja Cal N. Mexico by the Sea of Cortez can not and should not be compared to Tijuana, Ensenada, Cabo or Cancun.  San Felipe is a small village about two hours south of Mexicali /Calexico boarder. It is a place where families find their afternoons walking three blocks of the Malecon facing the sea of Cortez. Two or three groups of strolling musicans entertain the people.
