For the first show under their new moniker, Queens Nails Projects, formerly Queens Nails Annex, has installed an exhibit of the work of San Francisco-based artist , Kamau Patton. Underlying Kamau Patton’s show at Machine Project is a research project that began perhaps even before Patton identified himself as an artist. Patton’s early studies in sociology at the University of Pennsylvania led him to obtain an internship in communications research at the White House.
