Through 30 years I've been producing my works in marquetry. I have developed 1500 new technologies have no analogies in the world.

For my works I use different types of  veneers.
My works use both the decorative techniques of marquetry and techniques that I have developed myself.
My intention is to eliminate the difference between applied art (as marquetry is) and fine art. And thus create a new form of art. I use natural wood colouring and artificial colours to create richer and more saturated colour. Thus the result combines the old craft of marquetry and the latest techniques of painting.

During years I was working in all genres without exclusion, especially figurative, portrait, landscape. From all art variety marquetry and graphic is giving me opportunity to be expressed as an artist .

Experience

1972-1979 - Worked as a graphic designer. In 1979 - Had changed the specialization and began working on wood mosaic (marquetry).

In 1984 I was honored people's master in decorative design and at the same time joined the artistic fond of Armenia. In 1994 became the member of International Society UNESCO in
culture.

Cooperated with Art salons in Armenia, Hungary, Germany, Greece (Cyprus).

Education

1970-1972 - Graduated from professional art college. Specialized in coining and engraving.
