The Latino Heritage Month Opening Ceremony, on September 10, 2010 was a fantastic continuation of a series of events that have marked the Bicentennials of nine Latino countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, El Salvador, Colombia, México, Paraguay, and Venezuela).
