I studied painting and printmaking at Columbia University with Andre Racz, David Lund and Robert Blackburn. Currently working in photography

My artistic practice is engaged with the City of New York and the surprises that I find in the urban landscape. I use my photographs to examine and reveal the relationships and interactions between this landscape and the people and objects that are the actors within it. These actors can come together in brief visual stories that are at times comedies, and at times tragedies.

Current work is in private collections in Birmingham AL; Tuscon AZ; Pasadena CA; and New York NY, as well as the Embassy of the Slovak Republic to Italy and the Vatican in Rome.
