Mr. Hoyt aims to become a professional in the arts, education and mental healthcare fields; both as an educator and a practitioner. He has always been concerned with how to help people (e.g. interests in biology/healthcare), while practicing art at the same time. Over his career, Mr. Hoyt challenged himself with various roles for different organizations and embedded himself in other cultures and walks of life while in academia in order to prepare to contribute within a global community. Now that Mr. Hoyt has completed his MFA degree at Seoul National University in South Korea, his desires to apply critical and creative thinking skills to solve real world challenges has become concrete. The treatment of troubled youth is a particular concern and interest for him, and his pursuit will be found within those individuals. Although art, education and healthcare are his desired career paths, Mr. Hoyt is open to exploring a variety of opportunities that may serve an educational, therapeutic and/or creative goal.
