Danielle Gherardi is an artist living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds a BFA in Painting from Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore. Gherardi studied in Florence, Italy, at Studio Art Centers International (SACI) as an Anna K. Meredith Scholarship recipient, and following graduation was awarded a two year artist residency at School 33 Art Center in Baltimore. She has shown work in several exhibitions on both coasts. In California, she has shown at the Berkeley Art Center in Berkeley, ProArts Gallery in Oakland, Art Works Downtown in San Rafael, and the Diego Rivera Gallery and Southern Exposure (2013 Monster Drawing Rally) in San Francisco. On the East Coast, she exhibited in both a group and a solo exhibition at School 33 Art Center, in Baltimore, Maryland, and was included in MOMA PopRally, in New York, New York. A former Graphic Designer, Gherardi now works full-time in her studio in Oakland.
