Statement

Asa Rosti was born in Sweden, in 1977.

Since 1998 she has been living in many different corners of the world: London, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the Dominican Republic.

Since 2003 she has been painting full time.

Asa is painting mostly in acrylic on canvas, or watercolors and ink on paper with an interesting technique where it’s all about the strength and the expressive energy of her thick black lines and vibrant colors.
