I use photography as a means of emotional expression and to explore my interest in perception as it relates to the passing of time, memory, reality vs. unreality and life's mysteries. I have an interest in how fate, as opposed to the choices we make, affect the outcome of our lives.
My technique involves reworking and manipulating old photographs and combining them with new, digital images. This allows me to both preserve and reflect on past experiences, while bringing a new life, understanding and appreciation to each present moment.
