Rufus Snoddy

 I approach painting with a sculptor's sensibility and sculpture with a painter's sensibility. Texture and color are used to enhance the expressive illusion of space and depth with the intent of obliterating the lines between painting and sculpture. My approach is motivated by wedding the spirit of the indigenous with  formality of structural content.
