Eric Engstrom received his BFA in Illustration from Rhode Island School of Design and did graduate studies in art and design at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and The Boston Museum School. He then worked for museums, rock promoters, and architects before becoming an interior designer. After a distinguished career as founder of EDG, a restaurant design and architecture firm, he retired in 2007 to devote full time to his artistic pursuits, travel and writing.
