Sherry Miller has been a painter all her life. Africans and third world people are the subjects she chose after growing up in racially torn Philadelphia. She has lived in New York City, Maine and California. She also paints about ten water lily landscapes each year. For ten years she was an art critic for New England papers. And for another ten years she was an Internet guru and visionary after moving to California. She had a studio at Hunter's Point, San Francisco, and currently paints every day at her studio in the ICB Building in Sausalito.
