"Creativity has been my gift for as long as I can remember. It is how I see the world and how I communicate my experiences. I find myself wrapped up in the images I see, dream and imagine. I dwell on these images at length hoping to etch them in time. I struggle to rectify these different experiences. My work is a combined reduction of these images. It is an attempt to create a world more beautiful than our own, but it is our experiences that shade the world -- making it less beautiful or more so depending on one's point of view. Maybe, I am just trying to work with creation and stopping right before my experiences shade my view -- before disenchantment sets in... before the fall of man."
