My practice in general lies within the context of painting. Over the last years it has come to include installation, collage and drawing. However the whole process of the work includes principles of performance because my body as an active agent throughout the process is a crucial element for the meaning of the work both visually and conceptually.
In general, my works are mostly exploring the ego and its multiple dimensions. My research on art is considered to be a personal introspection, enriched with experiments on various methods concerning different materials and the act of expression.
Born in 1985 in Limassol, Cyprus. Studied BA Fine Art on painting at the School of Fine Arts of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and MA Fine Art at Central Saint Martins Collage of Art and Design London. Currently lives and works in London, United Kingdom.
