Nathan Huff's oil paintings and installations feature vibrant color and organic movement in their narrative of the human Experience. An appreciation for art history inspires him in the classical tradition and he incorporates its influences into contemporary paintings - creating a unique bridge between classical painting and contemporary expressionism.
Huff earned his degree in Art education from Azusa Pacific University and is a candidate for his MFA degree in painting from CSULB in 2010. He has traveled widely and studied art in Italy, North Africa, France, the UK, and Spain. His work has been collected throughout the west by universities, churches, and private individuals. He currently paints from his studio in Long Beach and teaches art classes.
