Statement

I have been doing silk screen prints for quite awhile and enjoyed the transparency of the medium. Then one day, a few years later, when I was cleaning my screen, a torn piece of newspaper stuck to my print, and I liked it. It was the beginning of my collage work. However, I still do silkscreen prints when I feel like it. I'm completely caught up in both mediums and they have become a vital part of my life.
