My art aims to project social isues of racism, inequality, ageism, poverty and sexism through the canvas. I am currently working on a sweries called, "Beggars and Saints". Images from countries I have visited. Also, works in progress includes, "Working Poor" and "Cycle of Poverty".

My images are framed in a dark background to highlight the plight of these individuals. That whatever emotions arise within us," the priviledged spectator",we can use to take action for social change.

I work with oils and currently using the "Technique Mixte": a wet on wet method developed by Master painter Patrick Betaudier . A Rennaissance painting technique he developed.
