I was born and raised in Tokyo Japan, graduated from art college in 2004.With a new drive to create, I traded my hometown of Tokyo for that of New York and then Los Angeles, where I now reside.My painting are acrylic on paper, canvas, and fabric.I also produce handmade jewelry, and perform at theather with my comedy dancing group "SPOBRA" founded in 2002.http://spobra.net/main/ My art delvesinto feeling of darkness while incorporating bright playful colors.I like my art to evoke mixed emothions in my audience.I have been in solo and group exibits in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Portland this past year.
