Gina Occhiogrosso’s national group exhibition experience includes group exhibitions at The Painting Center, The High Line, Brenda Taylor Gallery and Lana Santorelli Gallery in NYC, Miami International Airport Gallery (MIA), The Castle Gallery at the College of New Rochelle, and Lehman College Art Gallery, Bronx, NY. She has had several one-person shows at such places as Nicole Fiacco Gallery, Hudson, NY, Saratoga Arts Council Art Gallery, Saratoga Springs, NY, Amrose Sable Gallery, Albany, NY, Lake George Project for the Arts, and Yates Gallery at Siena College. Her work may be viewed in the Pierogi Flat Files, in Brooklyn, NY, and through online registries such as Nurture Art. Gina has received several fellowships to attend the following residencies; Virginia Center for Creative Arts, Inc (VCCA), and the Constance Saltonstall Foundation, The Ragdale Foundation, and The Millay Colony for the Arts, Inc. She has also been a Visiting Artist at The American Academy of Rome. Her work has been mentioned in the Brooklyn Rail and The New York Times. Her education includes Tyler School of Art, Temple University and The state University of New York at Buffalo. Gina lives in Troy, NY and is an Associate Professor of Art at The College of Saint Rose, Albany, NY.
