Broken Fingaz Crew are one of the first and most successful graffiti crews to emerge from Israel. Formed in 2001, their four young, entrepreneurial members (Deso, Kip, Tant, Unga) have expanded their dynamic practice from painting on the streets, to graphic design and illustration, installations, animation, and music. They founded and ran Fingaprints, a kind of Mecca to contemporary street artists, in their native Haifa. Recent exhibitions include Art Beijing, China, and three exhibitions at Israel’s most prestigious arts institutes this summer: the Haifa Museum of Art, the Tel Aviv Museum, and the Riveria, Bat Yam. Their work is also included in the first compendium of Street Art in Israel, published this year.
Broken Fingaz Crew live and work in Haifa, Israel.
