Elizabeth Stokkebye is a storyteller and an image maker whose thoughts and sensibilities come out in words or in images. She lives and works in the Bay Area, but her heritage is Scandinavian; she holds a BA from UC Berkeley in Scandinavian Studies and a MA from University of Washington in Scandinavian Languages and Literature.
She received her formal art education at Monterey Peninsula College, from where she has an AA in Studio Art. She also studied oil painting at UC Berkeley. Her passion for storytelling, drama, and the human condition is displayed through her art, visually as well as verbally.
Recently, she has been busy with her digital floral images on canvas.
