Igor Voloshin

He presents his web site with  a quote by Albert Einstein: "Imagination is more important than the arguments and facts ..." Imagination is something  that is transferred from our own perspective using a style that we notice in works  of Russian artists and this still makes us fascinated. Although this style is used by a number of artists, each of them has an individual approach to his work, and Igor is no exception. (an extract from the Spanish magazine article Fotografos en la red)

One American site "The Museum of Knowledge ' presents Igor’s works in section Topics, therefore representing  Ukrainian culture and Ukrainian artists of surrealism to the visitors.

Wе introduce Igor Voloshin, an artist and photographer, who is more known in Western circles than in Ukraine. This talented, unique Ukrainian author  works in genre of "pure" photography, as well as in PHOTOART. Igor Voloshin combines usage of graphics editor  with the mastery of the camera. Besides, he is a commercial artist and works with many film stars and singers.

Answering the question - "Whom do you consider to be your teacher? - Igor always ironical replied- "Dali - dear father." No wonder that Igor’s works may be seen on many Spanish sites, which consider Igor as one of the followers of the great master of surrealism and still having his unique style.

A talented artist, also a poet and composer Igor Voloshin  was born in 1963 in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region. Since his youth he has been  fond of painting and has had  a lot of works. In recent years, Igor has been working  as an artist and conceptual Photographer.  He often participates in art exhibitions. Moreover, Igor is a member of the Artists' Union, a permanent member of the jury of various  painting and photography competitions. He has studios in Nikopol and Kiev.

1. Nikopol museum of arts. 01.02.2012 - 14.02.2012. Victory in a nomination the most "professional work"  

2. Participant of exhibition of "Trierenberg Super Circuit & Special Themes Circuit 2012",  Austria. Gold medal in the nomination "Nude" - work "Granat"

Exhibition will start Sepetember 3 - October as road show in 15 venues and then there will be the big exhibition in Linz from November 3- Novmber 25. 

The gala will be on October 15.
