  Experience

 Feb-2011                          Commission for the Bodega bar with businessman Benny Mc Cabe consists of flock of origami bird flighing through the bar with a strong sence of movement.The scale of each bird three and a half and an amount of 15 birds in the material of stainless steel, colours Ivory, Black.

Jan –2010                              Lecture at the space gallery and Collective South Mall Cork City, on the Ceramic Art Residency, at the Experimental Sculpture Factory and Pottery Workshop, Jingdezhen, China.

Nov- 2009                              Lecture at the Crafts Council of Ireland’s Ceramic skills and training course on the Residency, at the Experimental Sculpture Factory and Pottery Workshop, Jingdezhen, China.

Nov –2009                             Interview with RTE programme ‘Nationwide’ as part of the ‘Focus on Ceramics’  at the Lewis Glucksman Gallery, University College Cork.

June  2007                             Minigama Workshop at the International Ceramics Festival Aberystwyth, Wales with Master Japanese Potter Akira Yoshida. Nine day workshop building and firing these small kilns during the International Festival using a hair dryer and charcoal. www.internationalceramicsfestival.org           

Three months placement in the Chang Mai University, Thailand, while travlling for eight months.
