> STATEMENT

John Everett Daquino is an independent curator and writer, and a graduate of the Masters program in Modern and Contemporary Art History, Criticism, and Theory at Purchase College. His curatorial projects have been reviewed by The New York Times, The Star Ledger, and The Philadelphia Weekly, in addition to his writings on art and culture published in a number of exhibition brochures. He is also a contributor to the anthology on artist-run centers, Decentre: Concerning Artist-Run Culture, published by YYZ Books, in Toronto, Canada.
