Kiki Kaye is a German artist who was born in Shanghai, China. She has lived, worked and exhibited in many places, including Monte Carlo, Monaco; Dusseldorf, Germany; Scottsdale, Arizona and extensively in Mexico. She studied at the Art Instruction School of Minneapolis and has been mentored by artists such as Jim Strong, Theresa Pisani Winckelman and Efren Conzales. Her work has been shown in numerous publications including International Contemporary Masters of 2009 and the Artist Advocate where she was selected for the cover of the winter edition 2009. Kaye has exhibited internationally in such galleries as Galerie Rocher, France; Galerie d’Art Monte Carlo, Monaco; L’exposition International de Genes in Switzerland (where she was awarded the blue ribbon) and Galerie Fernando Pessoa, Florida. Recently, Kaye has had solo shows at the Cultural Center of Ajijic and Quadro Galeria in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Her work is currently being shown at the show Arrival and Departure at New York’s JFK Airport until March 6th, 2011, and she will be exhibiting in Ceres Gallery, NYC in 2011 with an upcoming solo show at Ceres Gallery in 2012. She currently lives and works in Ajijic, Mexico.
