Statement

Tomás Castelazo

Photographer

In the work of Tomas, the most sublime to the most simple coexist, anchored in the truth and beauty hidden behind the daily experience. A creator whose vision opens a door for us, a crack, to a beauty often ignored due to our hurry to arrive...

The work of Tomas is a lyric work in the beauty of the constant, of the extraordinary and simpleness of daily life, poetic in its simplicity and honesty. Nothing is pretentious, nothing is posed or intelectualized, and if it sometimes seems impossible, it is his precise eye that makes it possible and puts it within our reach.
