Ian O'Phelan (b. 1982, a Pisces) hails from Toledo, OH. He graduated from the
University of Cincinnati, where he pursued a Frankenstein curriculum of fine art
and graphic design classes. Mr. O'Phelan currently lives and works in Los Angeles, CA.
