Vision, intrinsic, extrinsic, – value... As a visual artist, my paintings vary from abstract to surreal.  I like working with a variety of mediums but I'm my most prolific in acrylic. Working swiftly I race with vision vs. my style, technique and thought patterns. I want to capture the momentum of my vision that sometimes seems to have the fluidity of a bird in flight, and can be as fleeting as a mere thought. Baltimore born, my realization of my love for art started as early as elementary school. I drew, scratched, and doodled even during class time (for which there was a penalty). I'm an Alumni of Maryland Institute College of Art (my degree in painting and fine arts). I've been in numerous exhibits (group, collaboration, and solo). I've also taught and tutored painting, art appreciation, and arts & crafts in Baltimore City schools, camps, and after School programs through various organizations.
