William T. Rohe is an American artist living on Aegina, Greece since 2003. At an early age he showed an interest in art, attending the Chicago Art Instutite at the age of 8. He went on to study and graduate with an architectural degree. Mr. Rohe studied at universities in France and the United States. As an architect he designed projects in USA, Algeria, Nigeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Libya and Greece. He retired as a professional archtect in 1998
Since his retirement he has been painting in oils, acrylics, pastels and pencil, His art varies from abstract, expressionism, landscapes, copies of Greek sculpture and a various studies of people in both realism and abstract.
