Izima Kaoru is a Japanese photographer. Since 1993 he has been creating scenes of sophisticated violence and enchanting horror. He uses intense color to create full-blown psychedelic scenarios as well as scenes of stark drama with the graphic punch of white on black.

Kaoru has exhibited widely in the United States and Europe, and is represented in numerous public and private collections internationally.
