Biography
Federica Campagnari was born and raised in Verona, Italy. She started to draw and paint at early age. She received her Master's Degree in Fine Arts and Italian Literature from the University of Padova (Padua). Later on, the artist furthered her studies in traditional oil painting and printmaking. A vital source of inspiration for her work was her professional experience in stained glass and textile designs. Sometimes, her source of inspiration originates from literary themes and from authors such Herman Hesse, dwelling with his inner changes, and Italo Calvino, the metaphysical Italian writer. Sometimes the artist may be inspired by the mood of a seascape, or she may simply annotate the chromaticism of a landscape. In the artist's own words: "Painting and creating is my passion. I love to fill my senses with visual images. I will never cease to wonder."
