Statement

Mia DiMeo has a B.A. in Art History and European Studies from the University of Kansas and an M.A. in New Arts Journalism from the  School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where her thesis work was on nationalism's role in the history of the Venice Biennale.  She has been a staff writer for ArtSlant since 2010.
