TODAY'S ROUTINE'
POEM
Today,s Routine--
2 minutes Yoga Head Stand
3 miles walk 1 hour +30 minutes,
3/4 mile swim--one hour--
Tai Chi Chuan- 1 hour + 30 minutes,
15 minutes steam vapor,
15 minutes hot tub jacuzzi massage,
1 hour siesta,
meditating all time,
now,
do you see why,
I cannot go,
to the OFFICE !!
