Keith Driscoll is a full-time professional artist. His work is currently shown in Deschamps Gallery in Lamberville New Jersey and Trowbridge-Lewis Gallery in Middleburg VA.
Keith's work is focused primarily on portraits, figures, and still lifes. Keith strives to apply classical painting ideas and techniques to current day imagery to create pieces that are classic but also modern, dynamic, and fresh.
Keith began his professional artistic career as a muralist. His mural work has been displayed at the Texas Rangers Baseball Stadium and The Smithsonian. Over time, Keith's interest shifted from large scale work to smaller pieces where finesse and fine brushwork become more important.
Keith has done some workshops with prominent artists such as David Leffel and Nelson Shanks at The Art Students League in New York City, but his primary artistic training came from of his father, Martin Driscoll, a noteworthy fine artist in his own right.
