Ramona Candy

My work is "choreography on canvas." Having communicated through movement most of my life, it's only natural that it manifests in my works on paper and canvas. Drawing on dance, my Brooklyn roots and a rich heritage, I have collected and continue to re-create images filled with rhythm and color, focusing on the vibrant episodes of my life experiences. There is no separation between my passion for dance, heritage and the enthusiasm I have for making art.
