Timeless, emotional imagery is something I have always strived to convey. While searching, I started to feel somewhat lost in an emotionless state of lingering. After copying other subject matter and following the traditional rules of painting for a long period of time, I realized something would have to change or the art would become nothing more than a math problem; cold numbers and stagnant equations repeated forever.

I discovered my childhood love for dinosaurs; majestic and beautiful animals. To this day they hold such mystery. I had found my subject. I shaped and molded them into unique creatures, lacking the physical qualities that a human posesses, but giving them the emotion that we can all relate to.

They appear hollow on the outside; simple beings with selective colors and no eyes. Look past the hollow eyes and view the image. You will see the compassion, sadness, anger, curiosity, contentment; all the qualities we as humans posess.

Every piece I create is more than an illustration. It is a piece of myself and of humanity and illustrates the events and occurances we experience every day.

With my art, I wish to have an impact on you and show that every living thing can feel love, pain, joy; everything that we feel. I hope that after reading this, you have come to understand my work a little more and even hold a piece of it inside you.
