Click on the icon of a tree on the toolbar of the text editor to upload and configure images:

A dialog box comes up: click browse to upload an image from your hardrive:

You can change the alignment of your image by choosing from the options on the dialog box:

You can change the size of the image by manually typing in dimensions in the Width and Height fields of the upload box OR, after the image is uploaded and appears in the text box, by clicking on the corner of the image and dragging it to the size you wish.
