How do I add an announcement, job, grant, call for artists or residency posting? What's the difference between them?

Jobs, announcements, calls, grants and residencies can all be advertised for free on ArtSlant's jobs section.

Please send your information with a request for posting to: info@artslant.com. Our team will review your post and add it if it is appropriate for our audience. In the Subject title put Request to Add Announcement/Job.

Be sure to indicate which type of posting you would like to create. There are three types:

  • jobs + internships--these are jobs and internships looking to be filled
  • grants + residencies--for grants, scholarships, and artist residencies
  • announcements--for calls for artists, and general announcements

What kind of information should be included?

It is very important to be specific and detailed
in your job posting.

  • In your press release, please be very clear what the posting is about and where it is. For example, if it is a call for submissions, the title should read something specific like "Jay Fine Art Gallery in New York seeking submissions."

Are the listings city-specific?

No. All listings are global so our ArtSlant users can find jobs and calls easily.
