Michelle Fennel |
Hollo, I'm Michelle Fennel a German female photographer. I always had a passion for art and photography. When I was younger I was drawing a lot with pencil and graphit. Even though I still love drawing I barely find the time to anymore. By now I work a lot more with cameras. I do videos and photography. I'm not the type who is just going somewhere and taking photos. I'm the kind of person who has an idea, a concept, an image in her head when I start a project. I love to create images, illusions, ideas. I always spend a lot of time talking with my models and connecting with them. I think that is really important to receive a personal piece and not just a clean photograph, which might be technically perfect but is lacking in personal attachment. I started to take photos of people one year ago. Before that I always photographed landscapes, cityscapes, nature, plants, macros, etc. I don't know how to describe my work. I often hear it feels close, it feels connected, it makes people feel. I would love to know what you think about my works. I'm a student and right now I am writing my final paper work to get my MA degree in publishing. If you have further questions, I'd love to answer them. cheers, Michelle |
