Irina Polin is a Russian born artist, living in Switzerland, creates subtle, reflective photographs, paintings and installations, which bring together numerous elements – improvised architectural models, found objects, pieces of her own collection – to create intriguing and enigmatic environments with hints of eroticism and intimacy.

For her photographic series Irina Polin received Magazine Photography prize in 2007, Photography Prize of Bern in 2006 and  Project Grant of Bern in  2007.
