Words We Have Learned Since 9-11 is an interactive photographic installation by Los Angeles artist Clayton Campbell. It investigates how persons who come to the exhibit feel about their future, by asking them to write down words and phrases they have learned (or which have taken on new meanings) since 9-11. This cross cultural conversation has appeared in four different countries.It has been exhibited since 2004 at the Maison Europeenne de la Photogrpahie, Paris; Foto Galerij Lang, Zagreb, Croatia; the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Los Angeles; the Higher Bridges Arts Center, Enniskellen, Northern Ireland.
