DECEMBER ARTIST: Fort Collins native Leila Singleton showcases 20 fine artworks in a variety of media this month at the City of Fort Collins Recreation Division building. Only 19 years old, Singleton is a sophomore at the Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, Georgia, where she is majoring in graphic design. Singleton graduated a Poudre High School Valedictorian in 1999.
