This phrase is usually used as "You can stuff your sorries in a sack, mister!", meaning that however much a person apologizes, their apology will not be accepted.

100 burlap sacks to people all over the country. At the reception, the sacks filled with the old baggage, or appologies will be left out in the open and people can experience what others have moved on from.

The entrys can be displayed completely anonymous. Due to the nature of some of the entries being anonymous, they will not be returned after the show. They we will be kept in the permanent collection at the gallery and oneday maybe they will be published in a book
