GRAPHIC VISIONS

Graphic Visions is a collision between the worlds of image and text, fine art and comix. This over-stuffed group show features hundreds of funny, manic, and poignant drawings and paintings from local, national and international artists who are inspired by both high and low cultures. By mashing up their influences and methods, these artists have found hand-made methods to cope with, translate and intervent our electromediated age. Included in the show are works by Tim Barnard, Rob Bos, Blair Brennan, Dan Donaldson, Chris Millar, Shaun Morin, Paul Smit, Diana Thorneycroft, Katarzyna Vedah, and John Will.
